case questions over the internet or right on the phone. If we feel we can
help, we'll meet with you or begin taking action on your behalf quickly. We'll

If you hire us, our fees and costs will be provided in writing.
REASON FOUR
No Win? No Fee. Our policy concerning legal fees is simple. You pay us absolutely
nothing unless we win or settle your case. In addition, if we accept your case
we will advance all of the court costs and expenses necessary, including fees
for expert witnesses. If we recover money for you, we ask you to pay us a reasonable
percentage of the total award, plus costs and expenses which we advance on your
behalf. That percentage is written in our contract.
If there is no settlement, we discuss filing the case in court with you. If the jury verdict would be zero, our fee is zero. We work harder for you, because that's the only way we are paid.

No Cost Up Front. You pay nothing up front. When you hire Jensen & Associates, we'll advance the expenses of preparing and presenting
your injury case. This can amount to hundreds, thousands, even more than a hundred
thousand dollars. Our willingness to advance these expenses shows our commitment
